| PassMark ModemTest 1.3 This application allows users to test their dialup modem. It performs low-level testing that is independent of the Internet Service Provider (ISP) and the TCP/IP settings on the computer. This will allow the modem to be tested in addition to the phone line the modem is connected to. By a process of elimination, it can help isolate Internet connection problems to a faulty modem, phone line or ISP service.
